Cell F1 (brave-blocking-model N7, N11): a first-party request matched only by a shipped generic rule in a list flagged first_party_protections (Brave's default engine). EasyList and Brave Default Adblock Filters both ship /ad-scroll.js$script.
Expected: the first-party test-adblock.com/ad-scroll.js is allowed in Standard and blocked in Aggressive (Brave drops a default-engine block of a first-party request in Standard). The third-party twin from test-adblock.org is the positive control: blocked in both modes.
Rows, rules and Brave's verdicts are in pages/network-fixtures.json (ENG-2592); until the nightly Brave arm measures them they are hypotheses. The runner grades from CDP, never from this page.
